born in Salt Lake City and grew up in the same home in Holladay, UT for the first 18 years of life...as a non-Mormon I was always an outsider looking in, but I tried really hard to play nice. Moved away for college to the lovely confines of Eugene, Oregon...Go Ducks...the rain finally drove me out after 4 years getting my degree in Biology. I also drove myself temporarily insane fighting medical school expectations, but I finally realized that it was not bringing anything positive into my life, or into the lives of others (who wouldn't be scared to have me as their doctor...look at that crazy picture!) I have since returned to Utah with a new found appreciation and love for the state which i once blamed for being so limiting to my personal growth. I love the mountains and climate and have found some great friends, most of whom are from other states originally (wow, big surprise)...inner peace is a tough thing to obtain, but I'm centimetering my way closer.
